About Me
I am a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer and certified behavior change coach. I received my B.A. in Liberal Studies from U.C Santa Barbara in 1985. After a few years working in the hospital wellness industry, my interest began in obtaining an additional degree in clinical nutrition and food science. In 1992, I received my registration as a dietitian after completing course work through Cal Poly Pomona and my internship at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills CA. Because of my interest in sports nutrition and behavior change, I received two additional certifications through the American Council on Exercise in 2006 and 2018.

Currently, I have an office in Mission Viejo, CA where I counsel children, teens, adults, and families. Additionally, I provide in home kitchen and menu evaluation, telehealth and FaceTime coaching, and corporate/clinic workshops.

My style can be described as approachable and direct. It is my mission to provide YOU with options and choices for YOUR nutrition goals in a flexible, realistic and relaxing setting.

Corporate and Clinic Workshops
Nutrition seminars can be established by the hour, half or full day, or on an ongoing basis. Topics can vary depending on your needs and requirements. Please contact for more information.
